This comic book was published in 12 series. Each series
featured the adventures of a different set of characters. The entire series was
published on September 7th 1946 and ended October 1, 1956. It was
published in Mila, Italy by Leonello Maritini and G. Caregaro for editor ALP.
Series I: BANDITI DEL WEST, INSPECTOR SKELTON, AQUILA
ROSSA (8 pages). The first in the series tells the tales of three characters,
BANDITI DEL WEST by Leonello Martini (Lionel Martin) and Nunzio Catania in odd
numbers up to #11, is a western series with RAZZO BILL (RB), an agent of a
special police force; AQUILA ROSSA (AR) by Leonello Martini (Lionel Martin) and
Franco Donatelli, in odd numbers from #13
to #23, a mysterious Indian who defends the white settlers from the evil Black
Eagle; INSPECTOR SKELTON(IS) by Andrea Lavezzolo and Ottorino Schipani and
Luciano Dinelli (Ludi), in the even numbers plus #25 and #27, a police
investigator's adventures in an unlikely New York. The first issues do not
carry the date.
