Groundhog Day 2011

An early spring was predicted this morning when Punxsutawney Phil emerged just after dawn and did not see his shadow. How accurate is Phil? He's correct only 39% of the time, but what would you expect from a groundhog. So don't put away that winter coat and boots just yet.
